Web presence with personality!

Design and build of a new website for WildWater. I included an entire knowledge hub area, as Harry was keen to share his knowledge and expertise with the community groups they work with and his customers. Design is vivid and full of life, just like the ponds WildWater create.

Social Media for closer connection

Extending the new branding, voice and personality through to social media touchpoints. Brand storytelling and helping to build connections.

Loose social media content strategy. Following the established brand pillars to connect customers with the people behind the company and to share knowledge and projects with the wider community.

Time saved and happier customers.
Automated email sequences save the day

Tired of customers not engaging with important information Harry was sending them, and drowning in customer care admin, I created two email sequences for WildWater...

_WildWater Welcome Email Sequence (onboa
Welcome Email Series: For more informed customers

This sequence was created to help new customers become familiar with the WildWater team and work process. Saving the WildWater team time with correspondence and keeping track of a customer's journey, and helping customers feel prepared and informed and excited for their WildWater project.

WildWater Post Project Nurture Email Sequence
Nurture Email Sequence: For happier customers who feel cherished

Following on from their WildWater project, this automated email series I created leads customers through the next steps in their garden, as well as collecting feedback and encouraging them to stay connected with WildWater through their maintenance service, or actively joining the community on social media.
